The Barr & Barr Wellness Programs are offered to employees and covered spouses on the Medical/Rx plan.  The savings is a 10% reduction if your weekly contribution if you and your covered spouse complete all 3 requirements.

To qualify for your savings you and your covered spouse will need to complete the following wellness requirements:

• Complete a confidential Health Risk Assessment by clicking the button below for the Well Works for You website and completing the Know Your Number Assessment

• Complete a biometric screening which includes: cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, BMI, waist, height/weight

• Complete a Non-Tobacco User Affidavit or complete a Tobacco Cessation Program
